Flexible evaluation, including map visualisation:
the user may define his specific tables and therefore does not have to rely on standard tables supplied upon system start-up. Table definition is very simple: no special user experience is necessary,
the system may be used effectively even by an average Excel user without any difficulties,
data from the client and their distribution to each representative in the region may be transferred by e-mail or by any other communication system employed by clients,
all the processed data may be sent by e-mail directly from our company to the representatives, who do not need printed outputs to analyse their performance.
Planning (the system enables the plan to be compared with actual sales in individual pharmacies and regions):
intended or estimated quantities/amounts may be entered into the system and SAANA subsequently monitors whether and how performance matches the plans.
The system enables sales to be divided into a variety of time units, including non-standard time intervals:
standard categorisation (on a yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly or daily basis - offered in the basic version),
the client may opt for his own time intervals (even irregular ones: 4-month cycles; single 3-month cycles; single 5-month cycles; or two 2-month cycles).

E-detailing
E-detailing is a new, progressive type of presentation which will make each sales visit to a doctor or pharmacy more attractive through use of an interactive form.
It offers the possibility to simulate the progression of coefficients in real time, and uses animations to present the benefits and attributes of the products discussed.
The e-detailing system memorises the exact date and time that the presentation took place, and also the time spent discussing various topics.
E-detailing can shorten the product acceptance time of doctors and increase the field efficiency of medical representatives owing to the dynamic new presentation style employed.
